New ultra-modern STEPHANIS store coming to Larnaca, the company's largest in Cyprus

The STEPHANIS network of stores is proceeding with the creation of a new, state-of-the-art shop in Larnaca, strengthening its presence in the city and continuing its strategic development path.

The new building is being constructed on Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue (formerly Stratigou Timagia), near the Port roundabout, approximately three minutes from the existing STEPHANIS store. According to the design, it will feature exhibition spaces with a total area of 2,500 sq m. on two levels and a warehouse of 1,000 sq m. on a third, independent floor, while it will offer 52 covered parking spaces on the ground floor.

Stephanie Stephani, the company's Marketing Manager, told In Business News that "the new store will offer customers a wider range of products, in an environment that combines comfort, functionality and modern design."

The new store will feature all major categories of technology products, from Mobile Telephony, Computers and Televisions to Audio products, Gaming, Home Appliances, Energy and Seasonal items – all concentrated in a single showroom.

Referring to the importance of the investment, Stephani underlined that "the new store is part of the company's long-term development strategy." As she emphasised, the STEPHANIS network of stores consistently invests in the strengthening and upgrading of physical stores, creating larger spaces that allow the presentation of the entire range of products in each city, as well as the inclusion of new categories. In addition to the showrooms, equally important is the strengthening of storage spaces that ensure the immediate availability of products.

The company has been present in Larnaca since 2005, while the new project is expected to be the largest STEPHANIS store in Cyprus. Construction works are already underway, with the opening scheduled for 2027.

As Stephani noted, “We deeply appreciate the support that the people of Larnaca have given us over the years and, with our new store, we have the opportunity to repay this trust.” She added that the new unit will be “a state-of-the-art technology centre that will significantly upgrade the shopping experience in the city, offering variety, convenience and innovative services to Larnaca consumers.”
