Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation & Digital Policy Nicodemos Damianou visited the Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) during his official visit to the country this week, describing it as a great example of how important collaboration between academia, industry, and government is in fueling progress and sustainable growth.
“During my stay in Qatar, I had the opportunity to visit the Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), a leading hub for cutting-edge companies, tech startups, and innovation-driven enterprises,” Damianou posted on his social media.
He added it was inspiring to tour QSTP’s state-of-the-art facilities and exchange views on strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Qatar’s innovation and startup landscape.
“A great example of how collaboration between academia, industry, and government fuels progress and sustainable growth,” he concluded.
Nicodemos Damianou is on an official visit to Doha, accompanied by the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Qatar and a business delegation.
