Natural persons who submitted an application through the electronic service 'Participation in the Replenishment Scheme of National Solidarity Fund during the period from 20 December 2023 to 25 May 2024 (20/12/2023 to 25/5/2024), and who have not yet proceeded with the confirmation/verification of their application details, are able to do so up to 31 October, after an extension was given by the Ministry of Finance.
In a press release, the Ministry notes that taking into account that a significant number of affected natural persons who submitted an application during the period from 20 December 2023 to 25 May 2024 has not yet proceeded with the confirmation/verification of their application details, the operation of the electronic service has been extended until 31 October 2025. The affected natural persons who have not yet proceeded with the confirmation/verification of their application details are invited to submit their online applications no later than 31 October 2025, since after that date it will not be possible to submit such online applications.
Regarding the cases of affected persons who did not submit electronic application during the period from 20 December 2023 to 25 May 2024, following the Announcement dated 7 March 2025, the Ministry of Finance reiterates its intention to reopen the electronic service "Participation in the Replenishment Scheme of National Solidarity Fund" for the online submission of applications.
Taking in account the extension of current procedure, the additional information regarding the reopening of the electronic service will be announced within 2025, at a later stage, and after the completion of all procedural aspects of the ongoing process.
