One of only four companies granted a Cyprus Startup Visa in 2023, AIVOTAR, a no-code AI platform that enables instant creation and deployment of AI-powered conversational business agents, was born of synergy – not merely between its co-founders but between vision and experience.
“While working in the telecom sector,” says CEO and Co-founder Denis Kornienko, “my co-founder Nik Uspenskiy recognised that AI-powered conversational agents would redefine how businesses interact with customers. He approached me with the idea of building a company around this future and I immediately saw the potential.” It was a pivotal moment – with Kornienko’s background in enterprise sales and operations and Uspenskiy’s deep technical expertise, the two envisioned a future where intelligent machines could transform the business-customer dynamic, not only in theory but in practice.
“We founded AIVOTAR to make this new wave of AI technology practical and accessible to businesses of all sizes,” Kornienko explains. “Our goal has always been to close the gap between cutting-edge AI and real business needs.” It is this clarity of purpose that sets the startup apart: it is not only a technical solution but a philosophy that connects innovation with usability. In an age where companies are drowning in disconnected tools, spiralling labour costs and the labyrinthine complexity of AI implementation, AIVOTAR offers something deceptively simple: a single platform that creates personalised, multi-channel AI agents within minutes. “These agents are trained on your existing business content – web pages, documents, even call recordings,” says Kornienko. “They’re deployed across channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, web chat and voice. The result is faster response times, improved customer experiences and the base for efficient scale-up.”
But AIVOTAR’s ambition doesn’t stop there. It’s not merely about building bots. The platform is designed to create full-scale AI agents that learn, collaborate and grow with the business. “AIVOTAR stands out with its simple no-code onboarding, tech-agnostic approach and unique Business Agent feature, disrupting the way businesses manage communications,” he notes. “Our system generates a unique knowledge base for each company and provisions agents that can work across tasks, departments and even systems. The Agent-to-Agent Protocol introduces machine-native collaboration, making AIVOTAR a true next-generation platform for AI-driven business communication.”
The company’s story isn’t just one of technological prowess; it’s a personal journey as well. Kornienko speaks with pride about running a startup. “I find it deeply rewarding to see our ideas and concepts become real, working tools that improve how a business operates, whether it’s a small business or a global enterprise.” The true thrill, he adds, lies in seeing these tools adopted in the real world, “streamlining workflows and producing meaningful results.”
Being at the forefront of technological change and shaping the future of business communication through AI is both a challenge and an inspiration, Kornienko reflects. “This is more than a company. It feels like being part of a technological revolution.”
Looking ahead, AIVOTAR is focused on expanding its reach beyond Cyprus. Its short-term goal is to add more automation and simplify integrations with external systems so that users can return to their core business while AIVOTAR takes care of the rest. The company used its initial funding to build its core platform, acquire clients both locally and internationally and cement key partnerships.
Now, the next chapter is unfolding. “We’re preparing for international expansion with a focus on the US, MENA, Latin America and Spain,” Kornienko says. “To support this, we’re seeking further investment to scale our operations, enhance our multilingual AI capabilities and grow our customer base across new markets.”
