The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation is proud to announce the official launch of the FEM Online Program, a transformative four-month leadership journey designed to empower teenage girls (ages 13-18) from across the globe, including Cyprus and other countries.
More than 480 young women applied, and only the 65 most motivated were selected to join this free unique program, which combines education, mentorship, and a safe inclusive community space.
The program is already underway. Participants have successfully completed their first introductory session, where they met their mentors, explored the program structure, and got to know the FEM sisterhood. The session was dynamic, interactive, and filled with inspiration. The KB Foundation has already receiving positive feedback from participants who are excited about what’s ahead.
“I am really grateful for the chance to be part of this program because it gave me a unique perspective on leadership and personal growth. The very first lesson was very insightful, especially in showing that confidence is not something you are born with, but something you develop every day through practice and self-reflection”, said one of the participants.
Global Sisterhood in Action – Why FEM matters
FEM isn’t just about learning. It’s about unlocking potential, building confidence, and creating future leaders. The program is built around three pillars:
- Education. Online lectures and live sessions with international experts in leadership, communications, law, advocacy, and personal development.
- Mentorship. Each participant is supported by mentors who guide them through personal growth and their practice final projects.
- Community. A global sisterhood where teenage girls from different countries share ideas, inspire each other, and collaborate on future initiatives.
During the program, participants will explore and practice essential skills for life and leadership, such as emotional resilience and self-confidence, leadership and decision-making, communication and public speaking, time management and productivity, project management, financial literacy and smart money habits, digital skills and using AI and many more.
Program Benefits for Participants
After the very first lectures and mentoring session, participants will already start working on their Final Project.
In teams, they’ll choose a topic that inspires them and create micro-projects to bring positive change to their communities and beyond. Step by step, they’ll apply new knowledge in practice and turn ideas into reality.
Each team will present its results at the end of the program journey. And here’s the highlight: the best project will receive a grant for the project implementation. Participants will also get the chance to join the FEM offline camp.
“We believe that every girl deserves equal opportunities to grow, dream, and lead. FEM is about more than skills. It’s about believing in yourself, finding your voice, and knowing you’re not alone,” said Kateryna Biloruska, founder of the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation.
The FEM program, launched worldwide in 2025, has already inspired and connected more than 500 girls across the globe. From its first unforgettable spring camp in Limassol to inspiring offline sessions in Cypriot schools, FEM is creating a real movement. The program also introduced a special podcast series, offering valuable insights and guidance not only for teenage girls, but also for parents who want to support and empower the next generation.
So Kateryna Biloruska Foundation continues its mission to create and support opportunities for youth empowerment and development through education, mentorship, and sport.
