Svelta closes €850,000 funding round with angel investor support

Cypriot startup Svelta, a B2B platform that manages distributions, enabling subscribers to manage their deliveries either with their own fleet or with resources via Svelta’s open network, has closed a €850,000 funding round with angel investor support.

CEO Christis Plastiras revealed the news via a LinkedIn post, noting, " I’m excited to share that Svelta has successfully closed an €850,000 funding round with the support of a group of experienced angel investors which is a strong vote of confidence in our vision to transform delivery management."

He continued, "A big thank you to our new strategic investors for their trust. I see great value in what you bring to the table, and I’m looking forward to the journey ahead together. I also want to express my sincere appreciation to our CTO Marios Markou, our COO Stella Zapiti and the rest of the team for their dedication and hard work that helped us reach this milestone. This is just the beginning, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the people walking this path with us."

Earlier this year, Plastiras also secured €70,000 funding from Dragons' Den Greece.
