Cyview is expanding its activity in the wider Nicosia area after acquiring the plot that for many years housed the well-known Ginger Swimming Pool and its accompanying facilities in Latsia, with the aim of implementing a complex mixed-use project.
The new development will be built on a 6,186-square-meter site and represents a strategic multi-million-euro investment, an announcement from the company notes, elaborating that the property will be utilised to create a multifunctional center for accommodation, residential living, recreation, and corporate hospitality.
The project falls within a zone with a building coefficient of 140% on 50% of the area and 100% on the remainder. At present, procedures are underway to secure the necessary urban planning and building permits, with construction works expected to commence in early 2026.

Commenting on the new investment, Andreas Michael, Owner and Managing Director of Cyview, stated that this project is part of the Group’s broader plan for investments that leave a substantial footprint on the economy and society.
“The acquisition and utilization of this particular plot in Latsia is, for us, a strategic decision with a long-term horizon. We envision a project that will combine high aesthetics, functionality, and absolute respect for the urban environment. Our goal is to create a new point of reference in Nicosia, capable of hosting both high-quality residential and hospitality spaces, as well as major corporate events. This project is part of the Group’s broader plan for investments that leave a substantial footprint on the economy and society,” he said.
