Electronic service launched for declarations of damage due to the Limassol fire

The Ministry of Agriculture and the Deputy Ministry of Research has announced the launch of an electronic service for submitting Damage Declarations for agricultural crops, livestock units, agricultural infrastructure and equipment that suffered damage due to the fire in the Limassol district on 23 July 2025.

In a press release, the Ministry says that the possibility of electronic submission, in addition to the physical presence at the collection points, facilitates the affected farmers, livestock farmers and beekeepers, reducing delays, simplifying the process and offering a solution to those who cannot attend in person, speeding up the entire process.

It is noted that at a later stage, this platform can also be used for submitting Damage Declarations from other causes, enhancing digital transformation in the agricultural sector and facilitating affected producers.

The service is aimed at farmers, livestock breeders and beekeepers with damage to their production, productive capital and infrastructure. The deadline for submitting Damage Declarations expires on 15 September, 2025.

Access to the service is via CY Login.
