President to hold teleconference with ExxonMobil this afternoon

A teleconference between President Nikos Christodoulides and representatives of ExxonMobil is scheduled to take place this afternoon, with official announcements expected to follow regarding the "Pegasus" project, Government Spokesperson Konstantinos Letymbiotis confirmed.

Responding to a journalist’s question during statements at the Presidential Palace, Letymbiotis stated: “Today at 17:00, the President of the Republic will hold a teleconference with ExxonMobil.”

He added, “We should await this teleconference with due respect, allow the President to be briefed, and then announcements will be made accordingly”.

Further details about the "Pegasus" project are anticipated after the meeting.
