Tango CFO Nati Toledo: Headquartering in Cyprus was the right decision

Presenting the experience of a large international tech company doing business in Cyprus, CFO Nati Toledo, told audiences at the 7th Doing Business in Cyprus Summit that headquartering in Cyprus had been the right decision for Tango.

Taking place in Tel Aviv, the major conference by IMH and Invest Cyprus aims to showcase Cyprus as an attractive international business centre.

Toledo started by providing some background on the tech company, noting Tango had been established in California in 2009 and explaining that it was a third-party, cross platform messaging application software for smartphones.

Going on the decision to headquarter in Cyprus, Toledo said it had been the right choice, also revealing that Invest Cyprus’ assistance had contributed to the decision.

According to the CFO, the company’s employees were also happy with the move to Cyprus, while the island also offering plenty of benefits to the company overall.

Toledo also revealed that Tango would be transferring its IP to Cyprus, because of the very good IP Regime in Cyprus.
