• Dr. Christos A. Theodoulou is the writer of the leading monograph pertaining to Cyprus IP and has been the representative of Cyprus on the Board/Council of the European Patent Institute, since the accession of Cyprus to the EPO (1998). Dr. Theodoulou is considered as the IP guru for Cyprus.
• Mr. Sozos-Christos Theodoulou (M Law, University of Geneva 2002 / D.E.A. International Relations, HEI Geneva 2004), is a former President (2018-2020) of the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA) and participates as a speaker in many international intellectual property conferences. Mr. Theodoulou is the Chairman of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association (2020-2026) and has been an Associate Lecturer on Intellectual Property at UCLan Cyprus for many years, as well as the Honorary Consul of France in Larnaca since 2015.
• Mrs. Clelia Tomboli-Theodoulou, a former Attorney of the Republic, was responsible of the harmonisation of the national legislation with the acquis communautaire before the accession of Cyprus to the European Union. Mrs. Theodoulou mainly deals with the drafting of legislative texts for the Government and masters Administrative Law.

All three frequently participate in meetings with the European Commission in Brussels, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva. They regularly advise private companies and the state on various intellectual property issues.
