According to the Environmental Impact Study, the estimated completion time for the project is 24 months, provided there are no delays brought on by internal or external factors. A detailed timeline outlining the project phases, as well as the start and completion dates, will be prepared by the project’s contractor.

The operation of the entire development is anticipated to create new job opportunities and further strengthen the local community, enhancing its socio-economic profile.
