Cyprus-Greece-Israel FMs to discuss strengthening cooperation, Middle East developments

The strengthening of trilateral cooperation and regional developments, with a focus on the Middle East, will be discussed by the Foreign Ministers of Cyprus, Greece and Israel.

They are meeting on Thursday, 13 March at the 4th Trilateral Meeting, which is taking place in Athens, with Cypriot Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos also providing an update on the latest developments on the Cyprus issue in view of the upcoming five-party meeting in Geneva.

According to a press release by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting, the Ministers will discuss ways to strengthen trilateral cooperation, as well as regional developments, focusing on the Middle East. 

For his part, the Foreign Minister "will provide an update on the latest developments on the Cyprus issue, in view of the upcoming five-party meeting in Geneva."

It is added that on the sidelines of the Trilateral Meeting, Kombos will hold separate meetings with Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis and Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, the press release concludes.
