The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) and the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) are once again honouring Cypriot businesses and researchers who have excelled through their innovative initiatives and scientific contributions.

The prestigious Cyprus Innovation Awards by OEB and Cyprus Research Awards by RIF will take place on 26 March 2025, at 17:00 at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre, in the presence of the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides.

Through the Awards, innovative entrepreneurial activity and scientific excellence are recognised as key drivers of development and competitiveness. In addition, the awards reward the effective management of various challenges at both local and international levels.

The Awards

The Cyprus Innovation Awards by OEB stand as the highest recognition for successfully implemented innovative practices in Cyprus. Over the years, these awards have celebrated the achievements of numerous businesses and organisations that, through their ground-breaking initiatives, have proven Cyprus to be a hub of business innovation. This year, OEB will present four Innovation Awards to Cypriot businesses across the following categories: Primary Sector, Manufacturing Sector (Industry), Services Sector, and Social Innovation.

RIF will present six Cyprus Research Awards, including for "Distinguished Researchers", "Young Researchers", and the "Exploitation of Research Results Award", which plays a key role in transforming the high-level scientific research produced in our country into tangible impact.
