GOLD New Issue: CBN Young Dragon Awards

In the new issue of GOLD, available on newsstands from Sunday, 19 January, we feature the nine winners of the CBN Young Dragon Awards, celebrating young talent, potential and early achievement in business.

The Young Dragon Awards were created by Cyprus Business News (CBN) to recognise and celebrate outstanding individuals in the early stages of their careers who have demonstrated exceptional talent, dedication and impact in their respective fields. In recent years, Cyprus has transformed itself into a thriving hub for high-potential industries, offering young professionals diverse career paths and countless opportunities. The island has a robust and evolving business landscape and the nine award categories reflect the island’s most dynamic sectors, including tourism, which recorded a 17.7% increase in revenue, reaching €407.9 million in October 2024, technology, which attracted investments estimated at €4.6 billion by 2022, creating approximately 36,000 jobs, and real estate, which registered 4,543 property transactions in the first quarter of 2024, with a total value of €955.8 million.
