Balram Chainrai increases stake in the Rodon Hotel to over 35%

Balram Chainrai, an investor from Hong Kong, has purchased a further 4,491 shares in the Agricultural Development Company "Proodos" Public Ltd (AGRO), owner of the Rodon Mount Hotel & Resort.

This represents approximately 0.13% of the issued share capital of AGRO, purchased at a price of €3 per share.

Following the aforementioned acquisition, Chainrai directly owns 1,262,929 shares representing approximately 35.18% of the issued share capital and voting rights of AGRO.
