The House Prices Index recorded an increase of 2.7% in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the same quarter of 2023, noting an annual increase for the 11th consecutive quarter according to a preliminary estimate by CySTAT .
The HPI for the third quarter of 2024 amounts to 113.62 units.
Compared to the second quarter of 2024, the HPI increased by 0.7%.
