Strategic merger between Pyrgou Vakis LLC and Prountzos & Prountzos LLC

Pyrgou Vakis LLC and Prountzos & Prountzos LLC have announced a strategic merger, effective from 1 January 2025.

The merged entity will operate under the name Pyrgou Vakis LLC, uniting two leading law firms to offer expanded and specialised legal services.

The new firm will be led by Melina Pyrgou, who stated: "This merger reflects our commitment to excellence and our belief in the power of collaboration. United, we are better equipped to meet our clients’ needs and to shape an exciting new chapter in our journey.
