Energame and CIM-Cyprus Business School award full scholarships to future leaders

Energame, a management consultancy and investment advisory firm based in Cyprus, specialising in the online entertainment industry, particularly tech and iGaming sectors, in collaboration with CIM – Cyprus Business School, has awarded three full scholarships.

The scholarships were presented at the CIM-Cyprus Business School, Nicosia Campus, on Monday, 23 September. These scholarships will give three outstanding students the opportunity to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at CIM, empowering them to become future business leaders.

The learning initiative of scholarships is part of the GAME CHANGERS by Energame initiative, which is a comprehensive global CSR initiative designed to empower the next generation of leaders through education. At Energame, they firmly believe that investing in the education of scholars and students is paramount, as they are the ones who will drive the changes that shape our future. Energame focuses on education because, as a knowledge—and skills-based industry, they know that acquiring education and skills is the first step to improving individual lives and society at large.

Marianna Hadjiandoniou, Executive Vice President of Energame stated: "We are thrilled to present these scholarships in partnership with CIM – Cyprus Business School. Our GAME CHANGERS by Energame initiative is designed to open doors for talented professionals, giving them the tools to transform their futures. Through this program, we hope to empower these individuals to unlock their full potential and become the game changers in the business world."

Yangos Hadjiyannis, CEO, CIM-Cyprus Business School stated: “We are delighted to work with Energame for this CSR initiative that provides the opportunity for 3 individuals to receive full scholarships for Master programmes at our Business School. At CIM we have a strong sense of our community support and this initiative is sound proof of our industry connection as well as our commitment to provide opportunities to students.”

The scholarship recipients expressed deep appreciation for the opportunity and stated the below:

"I believe the MBA will benefit me both personally and professionally by providing the business knowledge and leadership skills needed to excel in the technology consulting industry. After completing the MBA, I plan to apply the skills and knowledge I've gained to help businesses in the technology sector, where I am currently working, address challenges and drive innovation." stated Loizos Papachristophorou.

"I believe that in today’s fast-evolving business environment, it is crucial to constantly improve one’s skills and knowledge to remain competitive. The subjects covered in this MBA program align with my professional goals and interests. These areas are critical in shaping successful leaders, and I am confident that this program will equip me with the tools and insights I need to excel in my career." said Natalia Smirnova.

"This scholarship represents a significant opportunity to further my career and contribute meaningfully to the industry. I aim to bridge the gap between engineering and business, enabling me to achieve optimal results in projects through strategic decision-making, effective leadership, and strong team-building skills." said Nicolas Loizou.

The partnership between Energame and CIM is built on a shared vision of bridging the gap between academia and industry, supporting educational development, nurturing talented students and creating innovative opportunities and a brighter future for tomorrow's leaders.
