Cyprus and Netherlands conclude deal on Double Taxation Treaty in Curaçao

Cyprus and the Netherlands have concluded negotiations over a Double Taxation Treaty with respect to Curaçao.

“Concluded today the Convention between the Republic of Cyprus and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in respect of Curaçao for the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance,” the Finance Ministry posted on “X” platform.

The Convention is expected to be signed at a later stage.
