Company Programme by Junior Achievement Cyprus returns for 12th year running

The Company Programme by Junior Achievement Cyprus returns for the 12th consecutive year, ready to ignite the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of young people.

Targeting teenagers aged 15 to 18, the programme offers a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Its goal is to inspire the leaders of tomorrow by cultivating a new generation of innovative and dynamic entrepreneurs who will shape the future of Cyprus.

"Participants will embark on a true adventure," Junior Achievement Cyprus said in a press release. "They will see their ideas transform into reality, gaining practical experience in managing a real company! From forming a team and raising capital to developing a business plan, marketing, sales, and liquidating the company – young people will be the true heroes of the action. The objective? To create products or services that address social needs, are environmentally friendly, and stand out for their innovation and creativity."

It is the largest youth entrepreneurship programme in the country – and this year promises more challenges, more opportunities, while the winning team will have the opportunity to travel to Athens in July 2025, for the European Competition Gen-E 2025. The 2nd and 3rd teams also travel abroad and many other teams receive amazing awards.
