Property Gallery Developers and Constructors Ltd is hiring an Administrative and Accounting Officer in Limassol.

As part of the real estate company’s plans to enlarge its internal staff, it is currently looking for an Administrative and Accounting Officer whose responsibilities will include: providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to finance and operations; collaborating with Managers in tracking project progress; ensuring business transactions are recorded accurately; updating financial databases to ensure information is accurate and up to date; handling invoices, liaising with external accounting providers and performing reconciliations; and assisting in report preparation and financial analysis.

The position requires a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; excellent knowledge and proficiency in MS Office; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English; previous experience in real estate; strong organisational skills; a self-motivated, energetic individual with ability to work under pressure; and excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Greek, while Russian will be considered an advantage.
