Ayia Napa Marina hosting cinema nights under the stars

Ayia Napa Marina in collaboration with Starlit Screens, is organising cinema nights under the stars with well-known, beloved films.

From 18 August and for nine nights (22- 25 August, 29-31 August and 1 September), the Event Plaza will be transformed into a modern and comfortable summer cinema with two screenings every night.

"With top quality picture and sound and comfortable seats, in a specially designed area next to the sea, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful outdoor setting that will fascinate them," a relevant press release notes.

The ticket price is €12 per person and includes popcorn and water. However, due to limited seating (80 people per screening), are advised get your tickets in advance here. It is important to note that for children's movies, a family package is offered at the price of €35 (including popcorn and water). Attendees will also be able to purchase extra food and drinks from the Marina's restaurants and cafes.

"Visit the Ayia Napa Marina and enjoy movies under the stars, in an environment that combines the beauty of the sea with the magic of cinema," the press release continues.

The films will be shown in English with Greek subtitles.

24 August (Saturday): Before Sunrise

25 August (Sunday): Coco (Animation)

30 August (Friday): Dead Poets Society

31 August (Saturday): My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2

1 September (Sunday): Toy Story 1 (Animation)

The first screening is at 8.15pm and the second at 10.30pm except for 22 August & 23 August where the second screening will be at 10.45pm.
