The associated company of Petrolina, HAFCO S.A., among leaders in Greek economy for 2024

At the 9th Award Ceremony for the "Protagonists of the Greek Economy", a prestigious event for Greek business, HAFCO (Hellenic Aviation Fuels S.A.), an associate company of Petrolina, was awarded for the second consecutive year. HAFCO S.A. operates in the field of aviation fuels, providing aircraft refuelling services at Greek airports.

The award ceremony for the "Protagonists of the Greek Economy 2024" was held on Monday, 15 July, 2024, at the Golf Privé in Glyfada. It was attended by over 400 high-ranking business executives and representatives from the academic community. The event honoured companies and the people behind these businesses who have distinguished themselves through their achievements and performance both within and outside of Greece.

HAFCO S.A. received an award in the Greek Business Champions category, which is for companies with a turnover of over 10 million euros and that have achieved a simultaneous increase of over 20% in both turnover and pre-tax profits.

The award was received by the President and CEO of HAFCO S.A., Dinos Lefkaritis, and the General Manager, Dimitris Mavromichalos.

The awarded companies were chosen based on their official financial data as recorded in their financial reports and are detailed in the 11th edition of "The Strongest of the Greek Economy" published by the Direction Business Network.
