Atterbury Europe: Alphamega to operate in proposed Mall of Limassol, Eurobank to fund project

Atterbury Europe, promotors of the proposed Mall of Limassol in the in Agios Athanasios area, announced that it has reached a commercial agreement with leading supermarket chain Alphamega, to be the supermarket anchor in the proposed development.

Also, Eurobank Group has received credit approval to provide the required bank funding for the proposed development on agreed terms and conditions.

Henk Deist, CEO of Atterbury Europe, said: “We are excited with the tenant and bank support we have received from leading players in the Cypriot market. With the bank funding approved, our development is now fully funded including the money for our share of the upgrade of infrastructure needed in terms of the completed traffic impact assessment. Upon receiving the required permits, we are ready to start.”
