Cybarco Contracting Ltd acquires share capital in Gerik Investments Ltd

The Competition Protection Commission Service has announced that a merger notification has been received regarding the acquisition of the share capital of Gerik Investments Ltd by Cybarco Contracting Ltd, through which Cybarco Contracting Ltd will acquire joint control of Gerik Investments Ltd with Ibiscus Investments Ltd.

Cybarco Contracting Ltd is a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and belongs to the Lanitis Group.

The Lanitis Group, through the company Cybarco Contracting Ltd, is active in the construction of building projects, and through other companies of the group or joint ventures, it is active, among other things, in the production and distribution of bituminous concrete, project and facility management, asbestos management and in the field of technical works (for example highway construction and maintenance, infrastructure projects such as sewers).

Ibiscus Investments Ltd is a holding company. Its main activity is making investments in movable and immovable assets.

Gerik Investments Ltd is a company registered under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Gerik Investments Ltd is a group of companies active in the fields of production and distribution of aggregate/quarry materials, production and distribution of ready-mixed concrete, production and distribution of bituminous concrete, research and development related to quarry materials, commercial transport services and development land.
