RIF launches chatbot Diana to enhance service support

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) has introduced the Diana Chatbot on its website to assist partners with their inquiries. This AI-driven chatbot supports both Greek and English languages.

According to a RIF press release, initially the Diana Chatbot will undergo a pilot phase, during which it will answer general questions regarding all RIF programs and processes. It has been specifically trained to provide detailed information about the open calls for "Excellence Hubs" and "Post-doc" initiatives. The scope of the chatbot's capabilities will be expanded in the future.

Developed in collaboration with Ravatar, this pilot service is part of an initiative aimed at accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence, the press release noted.

It added that the Research and Innovation Foundation encourages partners and the public to utilize this new communication channel for enhanced support and information.
