Athens is currently experiencing a surge in tourism growth, presenting a unique and promising opportunity for strategic hospitality investments. "Recognising the city's potential, Treppides Investments has chosen this historic metropolis for our newest venture, aiming to capitalise on its dynamic market."

Nine Athens is situated in a building that was once the headquarters of the renowned Angelopoulou family textile business, known as the 'Yellow Building.' Over time, the building fell into disuse and neglect, eventually becoming abandoned in the early 21st century, marking the end of an era for this once-vibrant landmark of Athens' commercial and social landscape. Today, the building has been fully renovated, providing it with another opportunity to return to its former glory.

The hotel draws inspiration from the nine Muses of ancient Greece, infusing the ambience with creativity, elegance and cultural richness. Each hotel room encapsulates the essence of ancient Athens, seamlessly blending style, luxury and elevated comfort. Another advantage of the hotel is the proximity and easy access to the city’s great landmarks and attractions.

Commitment to Quality and Strategic Growth

"The Nine Athens Hotel represents our ongoing commitment to targeted investments within the hospitality sector," Treppides Investments & Holdings said. "Our strategy focuses on identifying and developing properties in high-growth areas, ensuring that each project aligns with our vision for excellence and innovation in hospitality."

The company's portfolio has historically featured several distinguished properties, notably the renowned brands Oniro City, Oniro Suites, and Asomaton, which have been gradually offered to investors, yielding highly satisfactory returns. Currently, besides Nine Athens, the company's portfolio includes a property that until recently operated as the Destino Pacha Mykonos Hotel. The group is now in negotiations with an international company to utilise this property.

"Each project has not only enhanced our reputation but also demonstrated our capability to deliver exceptional value in this industry," the company said. "We continue to leverage our extensive experience and insights to identify and nurture properties that promise not just returns but also enrich the local tourism landscape."

Nicolas Treppides, founder of Treppides Investments & Holdings, said: "We are immensely proud to announce the opening of the Nine Athens Hotel. This project is not just a business venture; it is a manifestation of our vision to enhance and contribute to the thriving tourism scene in Athens. Our successes with previous projects have bolstered our confidence in the hospitality sector, and we are excited to bring another high-caliber experience to our distinguished guests."

Treppides Investments & Holdings, the private investment vehicle of Nicolas Treppides, has been a prominent name in investment circles, known for its strategic approach and successful portfolio management across various sectors, with a special focus on hospitality, health, technology and Real Estate.
