Enchanting summer movie nights at the Lidl Food Academy

Lidl Cyprus will continue its tradition of celebrating the summer season by organising three special movie nights from 12 until 14 June - "Movie Nights" will be presented at the Lidl Food Academy.

According to the company, this year's screenings will include films in which food plays a central role, thus creating a perfect amalgamation of gastronomy and cinema.

Specifically, before each movie, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a specially prepared three-course meal cooked by the experts of Lidl Culinary Academy’s chefs and inspired by the movie’s gastronomy theme. These dinners are designed to complement the cinematic experience, while also enhancing the evening’s experience through attendees’ senses.

These magical evenings will start on Wednesday, 12 June with the movie The Lunch Box and will continue with the films The Hundred-Foot Journey and Ratatouille, on 13 and 14 June, respectively.

In order to participate in these evenings for free, lucky winners will be selected through a competition that will take place through the Lidl Food Academy’s website. Those interested can visit the website in questions and register their participation by June 4 by completing the relevant online form here, and attempt to claim two places for one of the evenings and a movie of their choice.

This initiative is part of the lifelong commitment of Lidl Cyprus to offers value-added experiences to members of the community in which it is active.
