Toyota Cyprus introduces new retail concept “Phygital’

Members of Toyota Cyprus’ sales and frontline teams recently participated in training on the company’s new retail concept; dubbed “Phytical”.
“Our New Retail Concept is more than a facelift - it's our promise to 'Go Beyond' in delivering an immersive customer experience,” the company said on its LinkedIn.
“Welcome to the world of 'Phygital,' where we merge physical and digital elements to offer an immersive and seamless journey for our customers."
From interactive displays to a personalised service, the aim is to transform "the way you experience Toyota", the company said.
