King’s Gardens: Cyfield planning another luxury tower in Nicosia

Cyfield is planning another luxury building complex in central Nicosia that will go by the name King’s Gardens.

The plan is to build the 80-metre tall tower block on Vasileos Pavlou street, opposite the old GSP stadium that is currently under restoration.

The ultramodern building will offer panoramic views of the capital, revealing the bustle and beauty of Nicosia. It will consist of 20 floors, 118 apartments and two shops.

It is being dubbed as “a model of austere, yet impressive architecture, a building with elegance and modern touches that will significantly enrich the urban landscape”.

King’s Gardens will feature one, two and three bedroom flats, designed with an attention to detail and commitment to sustainability.
