King’s Gardens: Cyfield planning another luxury tower in Nicosia

Cyfield is planning another luxury building complex in central Nicosia that will go by the name King’s Gardens.

The plan is to build the 80-metre tall tower block on Vasileos Pavlou street, opposite the old GSP stadium that is currently under restoration.

The ultramodern building will offer panoramic views of the capital, revealing the bustle and beauty of Nicosia. It will consist of 20 floors, 118 apartments and two shops.
