Meridianbet joins the Nasdaq Capital Market

The Meridianbet Group, which also has a presence in Cyprus, has joined the Nasdaq Capital Market (Nasdaq CM) under the Golden Matrix Group Inc. (Nasdaq: GMGI) banner.

The Opening Bell Ceremony at Nasdaq MarketSite in New York Times Square on 19 April featured key executives from both companies and symbolised the beginning of a new era for expanded market reach and global strategic opportunities.

This event follows the recent acquisition of Meridianbet Group by Golden Matrix Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: GMGI), a move which is considered to further solidifying their integration within the global market, a relevant press release noted.

Meridianbet was founded in 2001 and currently operates across 15 jurisdictions, including Cyprus.
