Four Cypriot companies in Fast 50 ‘Women in Leadership’ category

Cypriot healthcare & life sciences company The Mighty Kitchen has ranked third in the “Women in Leadership” category of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 for the Middle East and Cyprus, with revenue growth of 1,562% over the past four years.

The “Women in Leadership” in the tech space category recognises companies that fulfil the Fast 50 criteria and are either led by a female CEO or have a founding team comprised of at least 50% women. This is a new category, introduced this year.

The Mighty Kitchen ranked third behind the Lebanese environmental tech company YYReGen (2,889% growth) and the UAE’s The Surpluss, also an environmental technology company, which had revenue growth of 1,701%.

According to Deloitte: “This award proves the competence of female leaders and serves as a motivating force for women in tech to adopt a more proactive stance and view challenges as avenues for personal and professional advancement.”

Of the 15 companies on this list, four are Cypriot:

  1. The Mighty Kitchen Cyprus Healthcare & Life Sciences www.themightykitchen.com
  2. Wire Services Ltd Cyprus Software www.ask-wire.com
  3. Solar Staff Cyprus Fintech www.Solarstaff.com
  4. Formulaw Cyprus Software www.formulaw.ai

“By giving voice, recognition, and value to these visionaries, our aim is to inspire women in tech to take on a more active role and view challenges as opportunities for growth,” Deloitte said in the report. “We are not only hoping to empower more women in the field, but also to amplify their voices and acknowledge their true impact.”
