Petrolina sponsors 'Petrolina 10km Energy Race' at the OPAP Limassol Marathon

True to its long-term commitment towards supporting major sporting events in Cyprus, Petrolina is sponsoring the OPAP Limassol Marathon for another year, which will take place on 13 and 14 April.

"Petrolina which has long become synonymous with the Limassol Marathon, is the sponsor of the ‘Petrolina 10Km Energy Race’, which is scheduled for Sunday, 14 April this year, starting from Limassol Marina at 8am. The Petrolina 10 Km Energy Race is one of the most popular routes of the OPAP Limassol Marathon, attracting young runners who are eager to push their limits and test their endurance," a press release from the company noted.

On Saturday, 13 April, as part of its sponsorship, Petrolina will host for the second consecutive year, the ‘Petrolina Energy Concert’ at the Sponsor Village, at 10am featuring the band Mr. Wilson, promising a day filled with rhythm and music.

Additionally, on the same day, the Petrolina Energy Team, comprised of volunteers from Petrolina employees and their families, will also participate in the 5km corporate race.

The OPAP Limassol Marathon is considered to be one of the most important sporting events on the island and annually attracts thousands of runners from Cyprus and abroad. It features a rich racing program consisting of six different routes of various distances and performance levels.
