Kition Ocean Holdings Founder: “Developing something unique in our country for our country” (video)

Panos Alexandrou, the Founder of Kition Ocean Holdings – the company behind the redevelopment and operation of Larnaca’s port and marina – said the aim for the project was to develop “something unique in our country for our country”, sharing his vision with Invest Cyprus as part of its Working & Living in Cyprus YouTube series.

According to Alexandrou, Cyprus is an ideal investment destination due to its lack of infrastructure, which together with his passion and vision, inspired him to establish and expand his business activities on the island.

Alexandrou returned to Cyprus in 2006 after living in the UK with his family for 22 years.

“Whether interested in developing a logistics centre, a data centre, real estate development projects, or setting up an infrastructure business, such as schools, hospitals, storage facilities, marinas, parking lots and many more, Cyprus serves as an ideal location for any type of business,” he added.

In the downsides he counts a lack of leadership, direction and vision, as well as forward thinking.
