Eleni Kaloyirou: Our priority for 2024 is to stabilise and improve connectivity (video)

“Our priority for 2024 is the stabilisation and further improvement of connectivity and, in parallel, also a series of upgrades at the two airports, aimed at improving the travelling experience,” the CEO of Hermes Airports, Eleni Kaloyirou, has said.

Speaking in a YouTube video heralding the start of the company’s new electronic monthly newsletter, Kaloyirou also mentioned the significant role Hermes Airports had been playing in strengthening Cyprus’ tourism product over the past 15 years.

She noted that the company’s know-how, as it managed the airports in Larnaca and Paphos, had made it a catalyst for attracting new airlines to the island, creating new routes and destinations and significantly increasing the number of tourism season travelers.

Kaloyirou, in addition, noted Hermes Airports’ commitment to supporting activities enriching Cyprus’ tourism product.
