Cablenet welcomes Velisarios Masouras as Chief Financial Officer

Cablenet has announced the appointment of Velisarios Masouras as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

According to the announcement, the post became effective on 18 November 2024.

"Masouras brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership to Cablenet. He previously worked at the auditing firm KPMG and has held senior positions in companies across the Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical sectors. With over a decade of experience, he has developed a strong expertise in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and performance optimisation," Cablenet's announcement said.

In his new role, Masouras will focus on ensuring the company’s financial stability while supporting strategic investments to enhance Cablenet’s market position and unlock new growth opportunities.

He holds an MEng in Electrical and Information Engineering and an MRes in Photonic Systems Development from the University of Cambridge. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Chartered Financial Modeling Professional (CFMP).
