Brand-new arrival from PHC Group: The new Caffè Nero at Eleftheria Square

Just a few days ago, the brand-new Caffè Nero opened its doors in Eleftheria Square, aiming to draw visitors to the heart of Nicosia.

With the completion of Eleftheria Square ushering in a new era of revitalisation, PHC Group is becoming part of this transformation by investing in an area that, after years of challenges, had lost some of its charm and visitor appeal.

Caffè Nero is now open, offering coffee in a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of the city. The chain's goal is to enhance the area's foot traffic, breathe life back into a historic part of the city, and encourage a return to the capital's center.

Following the successful concept implemented at the Strovolos Municipal Library, an area near the old Town Hall that previously struggled to attract visitors, and the positive performance of locations at Academy Park and Athalassa National Forest Park, the chain has now opened a new branch on the lower side of Eleftheria Square (in the moat area). This new café is set in a peaceful and comfortable environment, ideal for relaxation.

Initial feedback since the opening has been overwhelmingly positive, with a significant increase in visitor numbers.
