Hyundai unveils ‘Energy Mobilizer’ vision

Hyundai said it is more committed than ever to making its vision for a tangible hydrogen society a reality, while presenting its 'Energy Mobilizer' vision recently.

At Hyundai Motor Company's 2024 CEO Investor Day, Ken Ramirez, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Commercial Vehicle and Hydrogen Business, presented Hyundai's 'Energy Mobilizer' vision that aims to expand its applications to meet the growing demand for zero-emission solutions.

“Our concrete hydrogen business results underscore Hyundai's unique position as a global energy transition leader with cross-industry mobility and energy capabilities that span across the hydrogen value chain,” the company said in a press release.

Already demonstrating hydrogen solutions in action, Hyundai has deployed over 1,000 fuel cell buses and 150 fuel cell trucks worldwide. With pioneering fuel cell technology, the driving force behind its hydrogen vision, Hyundai will expand its applications to meet the growing demand for zero-emission solutions ranging from tram, vessel, and air mobility applications to stationary power and industrial equipment.
