A look at the new state-of-the-art school facilities of Pascal International Education in Limassol (pics)

PASCAL International Education has announced two major milestones anticipated to transform the future of education in the region as the new, state-of-the-art PASCAL private schools facilities in Limassol near completion.

More specifically, it has announced the nomination of PASCAL Private Secondary School Lemesos as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School* from September 2025, as well as the schools’ move to new facilities within the same year.

Certified as an IB World School*

In particular, with more than 50 years of presence in education and legacy of 20 years of successful operation of PASCAL Nicosia and Larnaca private schools as IB World Schools, PASCAL Private Secondary School Lemesos is in the process of official certification as an IB World School*.

The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP), is recognised internationally by leading universities and is expected to be integrated into the curriculum of PASCAL Private Secondary School Lemesos, expanding educational options for students and offering a modern educational experience beyond the six-year program leading to a high school diploma.

The PASCAL diploma has been validated and approved by the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth of Cyprus as a mark of quality and recognition.

“Seeing our school move into a new era of educational possibilities is great. The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) will offer our students opportunities to excel, both academically and personally," said Victor Antoniou, principal of PASCAL Private Secondary School Lemesos.

IBDP graduates from PASCAL Nicosia and Larnaca private schools have been accepted to leading universities, such as Harvard, Oxford and MIT.

Beyond academic success, the IBDP at PASCAL schools promotes an international mindset, sustainability and the fight against inequality.

Thanks to the holistic skills they develop during the program, PASCAL International Education students are actively involved in humanitarian actions, contributing to society through volunteering and leadership in global issues.

New state-of-the-art school facilities in Limassol

In a parallel development, PASCAL International Education's high school in Limassol will be completed in January 2025, with the remaining facilities to be delivered later in the year.

The new infrastructures will host a kindergarten, elementary school, middle school and high school, offering high-quality educational experiences to children aged 3-18.

The state-of-the-art facilities in Limassol include interactive classrooms, STEAM workshops to enhance creativity and critical thinking, art and music studios, a modern library, and an auditorium.

The sports complex, which includes a heated swimming pool and courts for various sports, will offer students suitable conditions for the development of their physical health and well-being.

In line with parent group Globeducate's mission to shape a better world, Limassol's state-of-the-art facilities incorporate sustainability, using eco-friendly materials and practices such as energy-efficient buildings and green spaces that enhance the learning experience.

These initiatives are expected to cultivate ecological awareness among students by helping them adopt responsible practices to protect the environment.

One of the most ambitious projects is also the PASCAL Space Centre, which will offer unique opportunities for students to explore space, astronomy and robotics through innovative programs and simulations.
