Pamboridis LLC marks twenty years of success

Although engaged in politics from a young age, Dr. George Pamboridis felt that it was not a career someone could make a good living from, at least if they wanted to remain honest.

So, he turned to the law, soon falling deeply in love with the profession and, believing that the establishment and operation of a new organization is similar to the birth of a human being, Pamboridis founded Pamboridis LLC in 2003. He is now celebrating the firm’s 20th anniversary as one of the country’s largest and most successful.

Pamboridis LLC was founded with the ambition of creating a modern organisation that understands the needs of its clients and contributes to their growth and success. But at the same time, also offers a humane working environment, somewhere people who love their work come to every day, but without making work their entire life.

After all, according to Pamboridis himself, the best advice he received in his career and which he would give to a new professional in the field is "Work to live, rather than live to work."

As a result, and through the twenty-year journey of the office can only be evaluated as positive.

Currently staffed in Cyprus with twelve lawyers, including the six Partners, and employing a total of some 20 people, Pamboridis LLC - with a clear development orientation - has offices in Nicosia and Athens, having as its clientele mainly companies with a multinational presence in trade, energy and the financial sectors.

"Each law firm begins its first steps almost identifying with the founder's personality and then stands on its own feet and grows acquiring its own identity, culture, and personality. So for me, seeing my law firm complete 20 years of life is primarily a confirmation of the correctness of its establishment, but also a source of joy, since it is now an independent growing business much larger than what I could have achieved going it alone," Pamboridis said in an interview with to INBusiness magazine and which will be published in the October issue.
