Hellenic Bank makes changes to Board committee composition

Hellenic Bank has announced that the Bank's Board of Directors has made changes to the composition of its Nominations/Internal Governance and Remuneration Committees, with effect from 19 September 2023.

The new compositions of the abovementioned Committees are as follows:

  1. Nominations/Internal Governance Committee
