SMT Shipping participates in West of England P&I Club training

Three staff members from SMT Shipping participated in the West of England P&I Club’s Member Training week earlier this summer.
Angelika Nowicka (Polish office), Egli Evangelou (Cyprus office) and Anna Chlopecka (Polish office) attended the event in London, meeting West P&I Club staff as well as representatives of other shipping companies.

Presentations and workshops were given by West P&I, as well as by experts from various organisations including IGPandi, ITOPF and others.
The delegates heard presentations about a variety of topics including personal injury, Fixed and floating object claims, wreck removal and marine pollution. The course included visits to Tilbury port as well as Lloyd’s of London.
