Radikalino Holdings Ltd is planning the construction and operation of the "Global Tower" office development in Limassol.

The proposed development, which has been put forward for public consultation before the Department of the Environment, will consist of a multi-storey building with the main use of being offices.

€4 million investment
The proposed project is located in the municipality of Germasogeia, at the junction of Christaki Kranou Street and Larisis Street.

The proposed development will be approximately 29 meters above street level at its highest point, with a total estimated cost of €4 million.

Replacing the Estella Hotel

It is worth mentioning that the works for the construction of the proposed project will be preceded by the demolition of an existing six-storey building, the Estella Hotel.

More specifically, in the development area there is a building (six floors with a basement) and two outdoor swimming pools that are to be demolished before the construction of the proposed project.

The works to be carried out are expected to be implemented in two phases, demolition and construction, which will last approximately two years.

Offices and commercial premises

The proposed development will consist of a multi-storey building with primary office use. More specifically, it will consist of eight above-ground levels (including a mezzanine) and an underground level with landscaped parking spaces.

This development will include office and retail space, ground and basement parking, a roof garden and landscaping around the perimeter of the development plot, at the southern and eastern ends.
