The University of Nicosia (UNIC) Medical School is looking to recruit a full time Senior Human Resource Officer.

“We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced professional to take up the full-time post of Senior Human Resource Officer,” UNIC said. “This pivotal role serves as the backbone of our HR operations, supporting the seamless execution of our HR policies and processes, as well as the enhancement of our workplace culture.”

Main Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of UNIC Health, while ensuring their consistent application across all faculty and staff members; providing guidance, support, and address employee queries, concerns, and grievances; and investigating employee relations issues and recommend actions for conflict resolution.

Candidates must have over 8 years of relevant experience in a Senior HR Officer or similar role, while an undergraduate degree in a subject relevant to HR (minimum) – postgraduate studies will be an advantage.
