KPMG and CIM are offering two scholarship oppurtunities

Corporate social responsibility and support to the community are both fundamental and guiding principles at KPMG Cyprus.

KPMG Cyprus supports people who want to study, offering scholarships. These scholarships are part of the KPMG Cyprus and CIM-Cyprus Business School legacy and they aim to provide opportunities for people from all backgrounds, a relevant announcement has said.

Within the framework of their strategic partnership and in response to the emerging needs of the society, KPMG in Cyprus and CIM-Cyprus Business School offer for the fifth consecutive year the opportunity to two fellow citizens to acquire postgraduate degrees. In particular, two scholarships are offered in MBA Shipping and MSc HRM (Corporate Sustainability/Corporate Strategy), programmes as follows:

  • One full scholarship worth €7.800, for the postgraduate programme MBA Shipping (14 Months FT/24 Months PT). The programme is available in Limassol.
  • One full scholarship worth €6.700, for the postgraduate programme MSc HRM (Corporate Sustainability/Corporate Strategy). The programme is offered in Nicosia and/or in Limassol.

CIM excels in the local academia for over 45 years and is considered to be one of the most prominent educational institutions in the island for management studies. The two programmes are taught in English and are delivered in evening classes. The programmes are accredited by DIPAE/KYSATS. Applications will be received within the period between 6/6 and 26/6. Eligible applicants will be invited to an interview. Employees or family members of KPMG and CIM employees are excluded from the procedure. Scholarships shall not be redeemed in cash or transferred to any other person.

The scholarships offered are part of a series of initiatives implemented by KPMG in Cyprus which fall under its corporate social responsibility framework. KPMG in Cyprus will continue to be at the forefront of promoting knowledge but also strengthening the synergies between businesses and the research community.
