Decathlon to open first Cyprus store in Larnaca

Cyprus will soon be able to shop from French sporting retailer Decathlon, as the international leader in the sports gear industry prepares to open its first store on the island in Larnaca.

With more than 1,700 stores in over 50 countries around the world, Decathlon is a world-renowned brand that designs, manufactures, and sells apparel and equipment for over 50 different sports.

The first Decathlon store in Cyprus, is celebrating its Grand Opening this summer, on 13 July 2023, at the Metropolis Mall in Larnaca. The store will be located in the heart of the mall and will cover an area of 2,500 m² shopping space. Taking place from 6pm to 9pm, the opening event will be an afternoon full of special surprises, competitions, activities, great gifts, music, and lots of smiles.

Decathlon Cyprus store will be a one-stop-shop where you can find everything you need across 50+ sports and 5000+ products. From high-performance products including sport outfits to accessories, equipment to footwear, always aiming for the highest quality of service, at prices that are accessible to everyone. The shop offers a unique shopping experience, with its “All sports under one roof” concept, an announcement on the opening notes. The news store's opening hours will be Monday-Saturday from 10am to 8pm and on Sundays from 11am to 7.30pm.
