Wargaming joins the Women in Games Corporate Ambassador Programme

Cyprus-based Wargaming has joined the Women in Games Corporate Ambassador Programme.

Best known for its World of Tanks, World of Warships and World of Warplanes franchises, Wargaming boasts 25 years of experience in the sector and has 16 offices around the world. The company is also committed to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the world, having established a number of initiatives to support education, technology, and the arts.

Global Head of Employer Branding Maria Berezovskaya (pictured) offered: “Wargaming recognises the importance of diversity and inclusivity in today’s world. We feel that women can be under-represented in the gaming industry, and we want to help change that by supporting initiatives that empower and celebrate women.

“Becoming a Corporate Ambassador for Women In Games will allow us to work alongside other industry leaders, so that together, we can bring a positive change in the gaming community, while also standing by the values of fairness and freedom. We are excited to be a partner!”

Women in Games CEO Marie-Claire Isaaman added: “We are delighted to welcome Wargaming to our Corporate Ambassador programme, and look forward to working together in our joint goals and missions.”
