Teddy Sagi’s Globe Invest to acquire Prodigit Investments Ltd

Globe Invest Limited, the single-family office of Israeli and Cypriot businessman Teddy Sagi, headquartered in Nicosia, announced the acquisition of Prodigit Investments Ltd, as part of its strategy of expanding into regulated portfolio management services for third party clients.

The acquisition of Prodigit Investments, a company regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), is subject to receipt of relevant change of control approval from CySEC.

The negotiations and execution of the transaction was led by the Chief Executive Officer of the Family Office, Marios Hadjiyiannakis, the Chief Investment Officer Georgios Fereos and the Head of Legal Antigoni Fakonti, supported by other members of the Family Office in Nicosia.

Prodigit Investments Limited is a Cyprus Investment Firm that provides access to the global markets for its clients by buying and selling fixed income securities, equities, FX, and derivatives, while it also provides Custody and Safekeeping services for securities and funds.

Teddy Sagi has a reported net wealth of $5.6b according to Forbes, which ranks him 6th in the billionaires list of the Israeli Forbes.
