ReInHerit a Museum: Immersed in a world of performances

The immersive performance "ReInHerit a Museum” will take place on 19 May from 20:30- 21:30 at the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation in Nicosia, Cyprus.
According to an official press release, “Visitors will be immersed in the world of the performance and explore it using their bodies, experiencing the museum anew as a creative, welcoming, living space through the use of modern interactive technologies and live music”.
The performance combines a large-scale interactive sound installation with elements of augmented reality, a large group of moving musicians, real-time graphics generation and projection mapping, as it envelopes and underlines the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation's current temporary and permanent exhibitions.
"ReInHerit a Museum" is being held under the framework of the ReInHerit project. The performance is organised by CYENS Centre of Excellence, ReInHerit partner, in collaboration with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra and the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra, and is part of the celebrations for the European Museum Night of 2023.
Entrance is free and the event is suitable for all ages.
